TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE: Pale yellow with subtle golden highlights
NOSE: An intense, complex initial nose with muscat-like aromas. Swirling the glass reveals delicate notes of white flowers, honey and candied citrus zest.
PALATE: Full-bodied and round, with flavours of candied citrus. The sweetness is balanced by lovely acidity.

AGING POTENTIAL: 1 to 3 years

PRODUCTION

Mechanical harvesting.
The musts are obtained by direct pressing of fresh, destemmed grapes. The musts are then cold-settled for around fifteen days.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats using selected yeasts at low temperatures.
Fermentation is halted using cold and SO₂ to preserve residual sugar (30 g/l), after which the wine is filtered using a tangential filter to minimise the risk of secondary fermentation.
