This cuvée is made from grapes grown on limestone terraces. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The harvest is then pressed promptly; the resulting juices are decanted into temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 10°C, after which fermentation takes place in new 225-litre barrels. The resulting wines are aged on fine lees for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: golden yellow with some golden highlights.

NOSE: dominated by woody aromas with hints of white flowers and fresh vanilla.

PALATE: full-bodied, supple, heady and silky. The aromas from the nose are present, with hints of roasted notes and vanilla. This is a balanced, powerful and generous wine.



SERVING

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 8° and 10°

AGEING POTENTIAL: Best enjoyed between 2024 and 2026


FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS: Particularly well-suited to grilled fish or fish in sauce. It also pairs very well with a tagine.



PRODUCTION

The grapes are pressed quickly; the resulting juices are decanted into vats cooled to 10°, after which fermentation takes place in 225-litre barrels. The wines produced in this way are aged on their lees for 12 months.
