INFORMATIONS

First cold pressing · Hand-harvested · Provence Verte

Produced on the clay-limestone slopes of the Var, this extra virgin olive oil captures the sunny character of Provence Verte with all the delicacy of the cool terroirs of the hinterland. The blend of three complementary varieties gives it an aromatic profile of great finesse — smooth, rounded and lingering.

The varieties — 3 hectares

Picholine — Herbaceous freshness, slight bitterness, lovely length on the palate

Aglandau — Aromas of artichoke and freshly cut hay, fruity structure

Bouteillan — Buttery smoothness, notes of green apple, a rounded finish

Aromatic profile

On the nose, hints of fresh fruit — ripe apple, green almond, fresh grass. On the palate, the attack is supple; the fruit unfolds against notes of hay and brown butter, followed by a slight vegetal hint on the finish. An oil with character yet highly approachable.
