The fresh, destemmed grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats using selected yeasts. During fermentation, pumping over and racking are carried out. Once this process is complete, the wine is racked to undergo malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Once this is complete, the wine is transferred to oak barrels for 12 months’ ageing.
Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health.
Contains sulphites.
