Issu d'une sélection parcellaire de Rolle, ce blanc de caractère allie la fraîcheur Produced from a selection of plots in Rolle, this characterful white wine combines Provençal freshness with the elegance of oak barrel ageing. Its pale yellow colour with golden highlights reveals a delicate nose of white fruits, quince and candied lemon, subtly enhanced by honeyed and oaky notes. On the palate, it charms with its roundness and lovely salinity, underpinned by citrus zest of great finesse. A wine to accompany fine dining, best enjoyed with poultry in cream sauce or salmon with lemon butter.provençale à l'élégance d'un élevage en fût de chêne. Colour: Pale yellow with golden highlights. Nose: Initial aromas of white fruit and citrus zest; swirling the glass reveals notes of pear, quince and candied lemon. There are also fresh, mellow woody notes, along with hints of honey and coffee. Palate: Round and mouth-watering, with notes of citrus zest.

A white wine with ageing potential: its six-month ageing in oak barrels gives it a character that is unusual for a Provence wine. It is best paired with refined and elegant cuisine.

 Enjoy with poultry in a cream and mushroom sauce, cheese-based dishes (raclette, fondue, etc.) and salmon with lemon butter, or a platter of cheeses and charcuterie.
